Riigi Kinnisvara AS and Optimus Systems AS signed an agreement to build new Tallinn Prison security and communication systems. The total cost of the contract is over EUR 6 million. It is known to be one of the largest one-time construction projects for weak current systems in Estonia’s history.
The new prison will be completed in the second half of 2018.
Optimus Systems AS partner DroneShield introduced modern drone protection equipment in the new Tallinn Prison. The system allows drones to be detected and rendered harmless.
